This clinical position involves facilitating individual psychotherapy, family therapy and group therapy in a co-ed therapeutic boarding school on the CT shoreline. &nbsp;Clinicians/psychotherapists work as part of a clinical team, including a case manager, therapist/clinician, and psychiatrist and/or APRN. An investment in collaborative clinical work is a crucial aspect of this role.</span></p><p style='margin-right:0in;margin-left:0in;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;background:white;'><span style='font-size:19px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;color:#3C3737;'><br>&nbsp;The ideal candidate will be licensed or licensed eligible in CT and have experience working with adolescents and families. &nbsp;Candidates should be versed in Systems Theory as it relates to adolescent treatment and the collaboration with all the crucial systems in an adolescent&rsquo;s life in order to facilitate healthy development and change. &nbsp;Background and training in DBT, CBT, and EMDR and is preferred. &nbsp; Candidates should have experience working with children and adolescents living with anxiety, depression, ADHD, executive functioning, spectrum diagnoses, trauma, and attachment issues.</span></p><p style='margin-right:0in;margin-left:0in;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;background:white;'><br></p><p style='margin-right:0in;margin-left:0in;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;background:white;'><span style='font-size:19px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;color:#3C3737;'>Available position can be either Part-Time or Full Time.
