Description

Intro As we move into our pilot and PoC phase, we are looking for a hands-on and commercially driven team member to help grow ENYRING’s B2B business and strategic partnerships across the eBike and mobility ecosystem. The initial focus of the role will be on B2B business development and account management, while supporting future partnership and battery integration initiatives as the company scales. You will support ENYRING’s commercial and operational expansion with a strong focus on:  B2B partnerships   bike sharing & fleet operators   external battery integration projects   account management during pilot operations   business development activities within the e-bike ecosystem This role combines elements of account management , business development  and project coordination  in a fast-moving startup environment. What You'll Do Focus Area 1 - B2B Sales & Account Management Identify and develop new B2B opportunities   Manage existing business partners and customer relationships   Support commercial discussions and onboarding activities   Help ensure smooth execution during pilot operations Focus Area 2 - Strategic Mobility Partnerships & Integration Support partnerships with bike sharing operators and mobility companies   Coordinate external battery integration topics with partners Act as interface between business, operations and product teams   Support pilot and PoC implementations General tasks Conduct market and competitor research within the ebike and mobility sector   Represent ENYRING at industry meetings and events   Support cross-functional startup operations where needed  create a design culture What You'll Bring Experience & Skills Experience in B2B sales, account management, partnerships or business development   Strong communication and stakeholder management skills   Interest in urban mobility, eBikes and sustainable transportation   Hands-on and pragmatic working style   Comfortable working in a startup / changing environment   Fluent in English & German Nice to Have Experience in mobility, bike sharing or eBike industry   Technical understanding of bikes, batteries or hardware integrations   Existing industry network Mindset Enjoys building things from an early stage and taking ownership Comfortable navigating ambiguity and changing priorities Pragmatic and execution-focused Naturally curious with a willingness to learn quickly Collaborative working style Strong interpersonal and communication skills What You'll Get A collaborative environment where teamwork is at the heart of how we work A truly international and diverse team A modern workspace in Berlin Mitte within a collaborative coworking environment, with flexible hybrid and and 20 days per year of remote work 30 days of annual leave A 50€ monthly mobility budget or Deutschland Ticket A personal learning & development budget to support your growth Regular team get-togethers and informal company events The opportunity to experience the products we build The chance to grow with a young and evolving company
