You must have a minimum of 3 years Building Services Consultancy Design experience and will be a competent user of 3D modelling tools including REVIT MEP and an experienced user of BIM.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #404040; font-size: 12.0pt\">This role is primarily office/home based with the occasional representation at EDC client meetings as required. If you can carry out all work in a professional manner, building EDC’s excellent reputation in the industry, you can pave your way for a successful career with EDC. </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #404040; font-size: 12.0pt\">Design management of projects as appropriate to ensure deadlines are met.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #404040; font-size: 12.0pt\">Carry out M&amp;E design work as applicable using REVIT MEP and Navis delivering constructible 3D clash free models for EDC’s clients.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #404040; font-size: 12.0pt\">Attend BIM coordination meetings as required representing EDC as a specialised BIM professional. </span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #404040; font-size: 12.0pt\">Offer technical guidance and training to junior and intermediate staff.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #404040; font-size: 12.0pt\">Ensure BIM &amp; CAD standards are upheld.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 95, 134); font-size: 18pt\">EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #404040; font-size: 12.0pt\">Diploma/Certificate in BIM or Engineering, Revit training desirable.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #404040; font-size: 12.0pt\">3-4 Years’ experience in an MEP Building Consultancy, producing drawings using 3D Modelling tools.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #404040; font-size: 12.0pt\">Ideally at least 2 years using REVIT MEP</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #404040; font-size: 12.0pt\">BIM experience essential.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #404040;
