    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Legend Brands, an industry leader and long-standing company, combining over 185 years of experience in providing equipment, accessories and chemicals for professional cleaning, facility maintenance, portable environmental control, fire remediation and water damage restoration.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>This position will work at the Arlington, WA location.</strong></p><p><br><strong><u>Job Summary&nbsp;</u></strong><br>Under general supervision, the Drafter II is responsible for working with design engineers to produce drawings from sketches, existing drawings, and electronic images. Utilize CAD tools to create and maintain individual part and assembly drawings. Support the change control process, complete engineering change orders and update engineering and manufacturing databases.</p><p><strong><u>Supervision Responsibility:&nbsp;</u></strong><br>None</p><p><strong><u>Essential Duties&nbsp;</u></strong><br>• Work closely with other departments to ensure drawings convey the correct information and are error&nbsp;<br>free. &nbsp;<br>• Ensure product documentation of drawings, revisions, engineering change requests, and engineering&nbsp;<br>change orders are accurate and complete. &nbsp;<br>• Respond to production and/or process problems through Engineering Change Requests (ECR) and by&nbsp;<br>conferring with the engineers. &nbsp;<br>• Support new product development by creating part and assembly drawings under the direction of the&nbsp;<br>product designer. &nbsp;<br>• Provide Bills of Materials (BOM) for new product or improvements to existing products and maintain&nbsp;<br>BOMs in material planning computer system (MRP 9000). &nbsp;<br>• Create Engineering Change Requests and Engineering Change Orders (ECO) for communicating and recording new products and product changes. &nbsp;<br>• Prepare miscellaneous diagrams, charts and drawings to document engineering processes and standards. &nbsp;<br>• Prepare miscellaneous diagrams, charts and drawings from various sources to support other departments such as Service and Marketing. &nbsp;<br>• Maintain an orderly workspace in a multi-tasking environment. &nbsp;<br>• Maintain revision-controlled drawings and models in a PDM vault. &nbsp;<br>• Communicate with QA, Vendors, Buyers, Inventory and Manufacturing regarding new and revised drawings. &nbsp;<br>• Performs other related duties as assigned. &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Drafter II</strong></p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">• Basic proficiency in Word and Excel</p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">• Basic creation of part model and assemblies.&nbsp; Follow the QC drawing and the drawing release process.</p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">• Understanding of CAD filing system on the main network, PDM, and in SharePoint</p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">• Process ECR’s and ECO’s</p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">• Basic knowledge of ERP data&nbsp;bases</p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">• Understanding and practicing SW configurations; creation of new and editing existing configurations&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">• Applying sheet metal properties for Press Brake based on material type and thickness &nbsp;<br>• Work within a team environment &nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br><strong><u>Minimum Qualifications&nbsp;</u></strong><br>The requirements listed below are representative of the education, experience, certification and/or&nbsp;<br>licensure required.
