      "content": "\n<li>5+ years of industry experience working as a subject matter expert in the Microsoft technology stack</li>\n<li>3+ years of experience advising on, managing and/or successfully delivering cloud solutions, specifically Azure (IaaS, PaaS or SaaS) using Azure native or IaC.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with Microsoft architecture and best practices</li>\n<li>Self-motivation and a desire to be interactive and adaptable in a collaborative working environment</li>\n<li>Ability to:</li>\n<li>Grasp new technology concepts rapidly and assess their relevance for business needs</li>\n<li>Effectively communicate to different audiences clearly and concisely in written, oral and various presentation formats</li>\n<li>Manage multiple projects through to completion while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction</li>\n<li>Strong consulting skills</li>\n"
