You'll work across the stack, from APIs and data pipelines to native mobile interfaces, and play a hands-on role in integrating AI capabilities into the products we ship.</span></p>\n<p><span>This is not a siloed role. You'll collaborate directly with the team on product decisions, technical direction, and AI feature development from day one.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You'll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Design, build, and maintain AI-powered applications across a full tech stack that includes front-end web, Android, and back-end backend services</span></li>\n<li><span>Integrate AI/ML models and APIs (LLMs, embeddings, Computer vision and other inference pipelines) into product workflows</span></li>\n<li><span>Write clean, well-tested code and contribute to a culture of technical quality</span></li>\n<li><span>Collaborate closely with a small team — weigh in on architecture, product scope, and priorities</span></li>\n<li><span>Iterate quickly based on user feedback and real-world usage data</span></li>\n<li><span>Help shape engineering practices as the team grows</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We're Looking For</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Must-haves:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>3+ years </span><span>of full stack development experience (backend + frontend or mobile)</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Languages required: </span>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Python</span></li>\n<li><span>Common Backend including FastAPI, Flask</span></li>\n<li><span>Front End Experience with java Script, including REACT And VUE</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span>Experience building and consuming RESTful or GraphQL APIs</span></li>\n<li><span>Familiarity working with or integrating AI/ML tools, LLMs, or AI-powered APIs</span></li>\n<li><span>Comfort working in a small team where ownership is broad and autonomy is real</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Nice-to-haves:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>5+ years of full stack development experience would be preferred for the level of complexity of our system</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with vector databases, RAG pipelines, or AI agent frameworks</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Familiarity with data driven applications</span></li>\n<li><span>Familiarity with computer vision frameworks</span></li>\n<li><span>Prior startup or early-stage team experience</span></li>\n<li><span>Contributions to open source or personal AI projects </span></li>\n<li><span>Solid Android development skills (Kotlin and/or React Native preferred - Java considered)</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About Us:</span></p>\n<p>Aicadium is a global technology company delivering AI-powered industrial computer vision products into the hands of enterprises.
