If you want to grow your career in a progressive, team-oriented environment, apply today.</p><div><div class=\"fr-view\"><p><strong><u>About the Job:&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p>The HR Generalist will be responsible for all day-to-day employee relations issues working directly in the field with the operations groups, contribute to the efforts in recruitment and retention, workforce development and training and compensation and benefits; which involves planning, developing, recommending, and implementing HR activities, policies, procedures, and programs.&nbsp; (4 days a week at 10 hr days)</p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Ensures proper and timely recruitment activities for Coeur personnel including creation of job descriptions, requisitions and recruitment advertisements; partners with state employment agencies and professional recruiters as needed.</li><li>Communicates with site leaders and managers on HR initiatives as they relate to business priorities.</li><li>Works with Corporate HR Team to ensure consistency and best practice sharing to leverage with the Rochester site.</li><li>Assist with employee relations issues including performance evaluations, promotions, and administration of discipline and performance improvement plans; conducts exit interviews.</li><li>Attends meetings, conferences, job fairs, seminars, and similar events as required or directed.</li><li>Contributes to the creation and facilitation of training program(s).</li><li>Serves as company liaison and employee advocate with third-party benefits administrations.</li><li>Contribute new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.</li><li>Ensures compliance departmental compliance with all local, state, federal and company rules.</li><li>Demonstrates required behavioral skills including productive communication, cooperation, productivity, initiative, creativity, dependability</li></ul><p><strong><u>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills:&nbsp;</u></strong></p><ul><li>Ability to work safe and promote safe behavior in others</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR Management or other related discipline</li><li>Approximately 3-5 years of human resources generalist experience</li><li>Experience working in the mining industry, specifically in a mining location with specific work being in the field around large equipment</li><li>Knowledge of current employment law, and applicable state and federal laws and requirements, as well as human resources policies and procedures</li><li>Sets high standards for self and others, builds trust and takes accountability</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong><u>Additional Information:&nbsp;</u></strong></p><ul><li>Relocation available for certain positions</li><li>Full benefits on day 1 (medical, vision, dental, employee assistance program, Teladoc service)</li><li>6% dollar-for-dollar employer match to 401k or Roth, immediate vesting</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Bus service from Lovelock, Fallon, and Winnemucca</li><li>Travel pay for those outside of bus service</li></ul><p><em><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">It is the policy of Coeur Mining, Inc. and its direct and indirect United States subsidiaries (the &ldquo;Company&rdquo;) to provide equal opportunity employment to all Employees and applicants for employment.
