      "value": "<ul><li><strong>A solid foundation: </strong>Completed degree or training as a design engineer, technical product designer, state-certified technician in mechanical engineering or a related degree</li><li><strong>On the job experience:</strong> You have several years hands-on experience in designing special-purpose machinery, fixtures and toolings and you know what matters in day-to-day industrial operations.</li><li><strong>Drawing and CAD confidence: </strong>Skilled in creating technical drawings and using modern CAD tools. Experience with SolidWorks is a plus.</li><li><strong>Manufacturing mindset: </strong>Familiar with production processes such as CNC machining (milling, turning), and design for manufacturability is second nature.</li><li><strong>Curiosity & drive: </strong>You love solving problems, exploring new technologies and designing elegant, practical solutions.</li><li><strong>Strong communication: </strong>Fluent in English and German, both in the workshop and with cross-functional teams. </li><li><strong>Composites experience (nice to have): </strong>Familiarity with fibre-reinforced plastics and their processing methods gives you an edge.<strong><br></strong></li></ul>"
