This internship offers a unique opportunity to work alongside our talented programming teams and contribute to the creation of engaging content across various platforms.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Production Support:</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Collaborate with Programming teams on the development and production of our digital content, supporting both pre-production and post-production processes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Research &amp; Development:</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Assist in trend-spotting and ideation, contributing to the creation of innovative content for YouTube and other platforms– including scheduling, communication across departments, and other administrative tasks as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Meeting Participation:</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Attend and contribute to departmental meetings, assisting the Programming Coordinator with note taking and documentation. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Complete the “Smosh Intern Milestone Passport”: </span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Work with your manager and fellow interns to accomplish a list of objectives set by the People Operations department.
