      "content": "\n<li>Perform&nbsp;hands on&nbsp;maintenance,&nbsp;install&nbsp;and/or repairs of facilities and equipment&nbsp;and electrical infrastructure.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Provide general technical,&nbsp;mechanical&nbsp;and electrical&nbsp;support&nbsp;on the facility and capital equipment.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Source, order, and confirm receipt of project materials.  &nbsp;</li>\n<li>Serve as an interface with&nbsp;contractors&nbsp;for&nbsp;electrical,&nbsp;HVAC,&nbsp;security, fire suppression, compressors, backflows, mobile equipment, etc.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Maintain proper LOTO procedures.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Overhead Crane inspection&nbsp;support&nbsp;at various heights up to&nbsp;60ft.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Operate forklifts as needed.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>This is a&nbsp;cross functional&nbsp;position supporting the entire&nbsp;Xcimer&nbsp;team.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, capable of lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds unassisted for an extended period.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Knowledge of industrial facility infrastructure&nbsp;and maintenance.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Familiarity&nbsp;with OSHA 10/30 industrial safety standards.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Strong&nbsp;mechanical&nbsp;skills, but also a creative and flexible attitude&nbsp;to take on&nbsp;additional&nbsp;responsibilities.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Knowledge of Microsoft Word, excel, project, and PowerPoint programs.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee of granted asylum.</li>\n"
