Role: Software Engineer - Product (all levels) Job Type: Full Time, Remote Are you passionate about making the world more secure? What you’ll be doing As a member of the engineering team at Crogl you will lead the evolution of our platform. Your work will be at the forefront of designing scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions that give our customers' analysts superpowers, from beginners to SMEs. Your work will directly impact how organizations secure and defend their digital estate. Define the technical vision and roadmap for our software platform, driving strategic initiatives that deliver significant business impact Serve as a technical thought leader, contributing to the strategic direction of engineering and architecture decisions Design and implement features for a composite AI system w/ agents, LLMs, RAGs Develop and champion innovative software solutions to solve our most complex, mission-critical business challenges Establish and evangelize engineering best practices, coding standards, and architectural patterns, and AI-powered techniques to ensure the scalability and reliability of our systems Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and other business stakeholders to uncover requirements and align on key priorities Keep abreast of the latest software engineering trends and technologies, and identify opportunities to incorporate relevant innovations What you bring to the team Extensive experience as a back-end engineer with a proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects Deep expertise in architecting and scaling distributed systems, with fluency in Python and Golang programming languages Demonstrated ability to drive strategic technical initiatives and influence engineering direction at an organizational level Strong business acumen and the ability to translate technical solutions into tangible business value Continuous learning mindset, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in software engineering and AI, and proactively exploring new approaches Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to navigate cross-functional relationships and build consensus What makes you stand out from other candidates Leads by example Passion for delivering highly reliable systems Desire to participate in transforming the practice of defensive cybersecurity Education Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent experience Crogl is an equal opportunity employer and provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, genetic information, marital status or veteran status.
