The Rentals Attendants hours will vary between 0-15 hours per week. </span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Check the building schedule and prepare for all activities to be held for that day. Which includes room set-ups and breakdowns.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintain the cleanliness of Al Hattendorf Center on a continual basis by assisting in minor custodial responsibilities such as, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, light snow removal and disposing of garbage, as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Report work order and maintenance needs to the Rentals Services Supervisor. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensure a safe environment.  Assist in providing First Aid and emergency supervision; includes calling paramedics if necessary and completing appropriate PDRMA reports.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Overall supervision to ensure that all facility uses are running smoothly and the customers are served above and beyond expectations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Perform the job safely and in compliance with district policies, procedures, work and safety rules.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Subject to both inside and outside environmental conditions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Exposures to chemicals, hazardous voltage, dust, fumes and loud noises.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Exposure to heights and confined spaces.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Physical agility to maintain mobility from site to site.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Manual dexterity required for frequent manipulation of trade tools.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Subject to modified/flexible work schedule.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Will be in a lone worker environment, with emergency assistance from Park District Security.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must be at least 16 years of age.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must possess CPR/First Aid certification or ability to complete necessary certification in training. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work assigned shifts</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Good knowledge of pertinent safety precautions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to maintain positive and effective working relationships with other employees.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience in recreational facility supervision preferred.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Elk Grove Park District is an Equal Opportunity Employer</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><a href=\"https://www.elkgroveparks.org/benefits-summary/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Summary of Benefits</a></span></p>",
