Participates in the development of safe work and EH&amp;S procedures training. Ensures workplace conditions comply with applicable Federal and State Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standard provisions, ensures that all required records are prepared and maintained; coordinates and participates in OSHA or other outside agency inspection(s), and in any processes &nbsp;that may follow a citation. May be responsible for remote facilities.<br><br><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong><ul><li>Identifies and analyzes accidental loss workplace conditions; independently conducts safety investigations and recommends corrective actions where occupational hazards exist.</li><li>Participates in the development of safety training. Tailors training for individual departments and work areas that includes, but is not limited to ergonomics, hazardous materials, right-to-know, material handling, CPR/First Aid, AED, Personal Protection Equipment and Emergency Procedures.</li><li>Participates in the development and implementation of corporate Employee Health and Safety programs; maintains safety manuals and documentation.</li><li>Participates in any regulatory inspections; investigates, develops, and forwards reports following incidents and injuries; completes required federal and state reports relating to safety.</li><li>Ensures compliance with government and state health and safety regulations that meets both budgetary and compliance requirements.</li><li>May be responsible for &nbsp;remote facilities; Ensures that all company sites adhere to safety policies and procedures; coordinates EH&amp;S programs with &nbsp;representatives at remote sites.</li><li>Responsible for observing all laws, regulations, and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.</li><li>Expected to maintain a productive and safe working environment in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.</li><li>Additional Functions - other duties as assigned or required.</li></ul><br>We recognize and appreciate the value and contributions of individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences and welcome all qualified individuals to apply.<br><br>&nbsp;",
