Come play with us!</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Summary</span></span></p>\n<p>We’re looking for a curious and hands-on Automation Solution Specialist to help us streamline and scale our commercial processes. In this role, you’ll design smart automation workflows, work with AI-driven tools, and collaborate across teams to turn business needs into efficient, reliable solutions. If you enjoy combining technology with real-world impact, this role is for you.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you’ll be working on</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, build, and continuously improve scalable automation workflows that support commercial operations and reduce manual effort.</li>\n<li>Create and refine prompt flows, validation logic, and confidence-scoring mechanisms to improve automation accuracy, quality, and trust.</li>\n<li>Engineer resilient workflow orchestration, including queues, retries, failover, and exception routing, to ensure stable and reliable production performance.</li>\n<li>Monitor solution performance across accuracy, processing time, throughput, and exception trends, and drive continuous improvement based on data.</li>\n<li>Define clear exception-handling frameworks and human-in-the-loop processes for low-confidence or failed cases.</li>\n<li>Partner closely with Product Owners, Data teams, and business stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable automation solutions.</li>\n<li>Develop AI-powered extraction capabilities parsing and structured data inputs to transform operational data into reliable downstream actions.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we’re looking for</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field</li>\n<li>Around 3+ years of experience in analytics, BI, reporting, or automation-focused roles</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience building and maintaining automation workflows in production environments</li>\n<li>Familiarity with order or document processing (nice to have)</li>\n<li>Experience working with APIs and event-driven architectures</li>\n<li>Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts (OCR, NLP, prompt engineering, confidence scoring)</li>\n<li>Experience working with modern development environments, including <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Codex IDE or similar AI-assisted coding tools</span></li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking</li>\n<li>Ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>",
