Casino & Hotel by continuously monitoring activity throughout the property. Your focus, attention to detail, and commitment to observing real‑time operations help safeguard company assets, support regulatory compliance, and ensure a secure environment for both guests and team members. Through professional vigilance, sound judgment, and consistent accuracy in documenting and reporting activity, you contribute directly to maintaining a trusted and well‑protected gaming experience that reflects the high standards of the Live! brand.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p> <strong>Where You'll Make an Impact:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Observe all activities of guest and team members on the casino floor, cage, change booths, and count rooms via the closed circuit television system for criminal activities and/or violation of the state lottery and gaming commission regulations as well as company policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Observe areas of the casino, atrium, and parking areas for safety hazards to ensure the safety and security of all guest and employees.</li>\n <li>Operate monitor room equipment.</li>\n <li>Complete proper reports and documentation as needed.</li>\n <li>Assist in training in CCTV equipment and alarms.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills to Help You Succeed:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of computers and CCTV equipment.</li>\n <li>Must be able to read/write in the English language.</li>\n <li>Excellent customer service skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Must-Haves:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED</li>\n <li>One (1) to three (3) years’ experience in security and/or surveillance.</li>\n <li>Must be able to obtain and maintain the necessary license as mandated by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to sit for long periods of time.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work in a confined space with low lighting.</li>\n <li>Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 30lbs.</li>\n <li>Must have excellent vision and hearing.</li>\n <li>Must be able to grasp, handle, and reach with hands and fingers.</li>\n <li>Stand and walk 30% of the time.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>24/7 high energy casino with over 300,000 sq. ft of gaming and entertainment space and approximately 3000 employees.</li>\n <li>Exposed to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noises.</li>\n <li>You will work in an environment where smoking is allowed.</li>\n <li>Willingness and ability to be flexible with work schedule.
