    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Worthington Enterprises is seeking Manufacturing and Production Associates.&nbsp;<strong> </strong>This position is responsible for safely manufacturing quality parts on a fast-paced assembly line.</p>\n<p><strong>Shifts:</strong>&nbsp;2nd shift (3pm - 11pm) and 3rd shift (11pm to 7am Sunday through Thursday).</p>\n<p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Competitive Pay:</strong>&nbsp;Starting at $20/hour, plus a $1.50/hour night shift differential.</li>\n <li><strong>Overtime Pay:</strong>&nbsp;Time-and-a-half for hours over 40/week and double-time for hours over 48/week.</li>\n <li><strong>Profit Sharing: </strong>Quarterly profit-sharing with no cap.</li>\n <li><strong>Comprehensive Benefits: </strong>Health, dental, and vision insurance starting day one, with HSA contributions included.</li>\n <li><strong>Perks:</strong>&nbsp;On-site gym, medical center, pharmacy, and barbershop.</li>\n <li><strong>Career Growth:</strong>&nbsp;Opportunities for training, career development, and tuition assistance.</li>\n <li><strong>Paid Parental Leave:</strong>&nbsp;Available for all regular full-time employees.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform assembly, testing, material handling, welding, press room operation, and paint line operation.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Follow detailed production instructions to manufacture quality parts safely.</li>\n <li>Detect and address defects and quality issues. Accurately count, label, and handle small parts.</li>\n <li>Maintain safety standards by following all policies and procedures.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to handle physical, repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.</li>\n <li>Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Basic math and computer skills.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to read and follow detailed instructions.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Familiarity with part numbers, sizes, and quality detection.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Forklift and crane licenses are a plus.</li>\n <li>Basic English proficiency is required&nbsp;to read safety instructions, understand work orders, and communicate with supervisors and coworkers.</li>\n <li>Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>",
