Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program or at least 5 years of experience in an OR setting working as a Surgical Technician or Surgical Technologist. 2. BLS 3. Must meet competency level requirements for the Choice+ Program. PREFERRED 1. Certification in Surgical Technology. 2.
