THE JOB EL PUESTO Como  Senior Business Development Manager para España , serás responsable de convertir leads entrantes en clientes reales dentro del mercado español. Guiarás a los potenciales clientes a través de demostraciones virtuales, generarás confianza, entenderás sus necesidades y cerrarás ventas. Pero este rol no consiste solo en vender. También esperamos que contribuyas a mejorar cómo vendemos en España: conoces la cultura empresarial local, cómo comunicarte con clientes y cómo se toman decisiones en entornos B2B. Tu objetivo será transformar leads en facturación, al mismo tiempo que mejoras continuamente nuestro enfoque comercial en tu mercado. TUS RESPONSABILIDADES Gestionar y calificar leads entrantes Realizar demos y videollamadas comerciales Gestionar tu pipeline en el CRM (Odoo) de forma estructurada Recoger feedback del mercado para mejorar el discurso comercial Colaborar con Marketing, Operaciones y Customer Success Optimizar continuamente tu proceso de venta QUÉ BUSCAMOS Español nativo + buen nivel de inglés 2–5 años de experiencia en ventas B2B Experiencia en el mercado español Perfil estructurado, autónomo y con mentalidad emprendedora Capacidad para vender de forma remota y generar confianza Se valorará experiencia en diseño, arquitectura o soluciones para oficinas QUÉ OFRECEMOS Un rol con impacto real en el desarrollo del mercado español Empresa rentable y en crecimiento (no somos la típica start-up) Equipo internacional, joven y muy orientado a ventas Oficina en el centro de Berlín 30 días de vacaciones Cierre de la empresa en Navidad Salario competitivo en Alemania Posibilidad de home office tras el periodo de prueba ABOUT US Here at mute-labs, we aim to enable companies to achieve more by democratizing silence in the workspace.
