          "text": "<p>RAD MRI Tech<br /><span><br /></span></p><p><span>Seeking a RAD MRI Tech <br /><br />Full Time 32 hours per week<br />Friday 3:00pm to Saturday 7:00am <br />Saturday 11:00pm to Sunday 3:00pm<br /><br /> Minimum Education Requirements:<br /> Accredited school of Radiology with qualified training or certification in MRI.<br /><br /> Minimum Licensure/Certification Requirements:<br /> Texas Department of Health CMRT license , ARRT MRI licensure (MR-preferred) and current CPR certification<br /><br /> Minimum Experience Requirements:<br /> 1 years of Radiology MRI experience required.<br /><br /> Minimum Skill Requirements:<br /> Computer entry skills; must have excellent communication skills; must be self directed, independent and goal oriented; <br /><br /> JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:<br /><br /> Work with Diagnostic/CT area and supplement MRI<br /><br /> Verifies physician orders for diagnostic tests / procedures and validates appropriateness of tests with specified diagnosis.<br /><br /> Performs exams / procedures following the department manual and / or the Radiologist’s or physician specification(s).<br /><br /> Provides comfort and care with a &quot;patient first&quot; attitude. Anticipates and accommodates needs of patients, families, physicians, and co-workers. <br /><br /> Communicates with respect. <br /><br /> Educates patient and family through instruction, demonstration, or appropriate literature about exams and after exam care. <br /><br /> Maintains a safe environment be seeking out and correcting safety issues in the Radiology department and the hospital.<br /><br /> Participates with equipment and product service, maintenance, and evaluations. Identifies problems with equipment oversees equipment repairs. <br /><br /> Develops self and continued learning through participation in educational programs and hospital training(s). <br /><br /> Reforms active departmental rounds and room checks. <br /><br /> Oversees stocking and re-ordering of necessary department supplies.<br /><br /> Works will with peers, other disciplines, and departmental staff personnel. <br /><br /> Interacts professionally and pleasantly with all encountered and promotes customer satisfaction. <br /><br /> Communicates with physicians and other healthcare personnel as appropriate regarding patient care issues. Communicates effectively with patients and families and recognizes patient and family as part of the care planning team. Accepts and gives feedback in calm, respectful, non-argumentative manner.<br /><br /> Appropriately and correctly labels images and is able to perform necessary skills to send, store, and troubleshoot PACS system (Synapse) for different modalities. <br /><br /> Appropriately and correctly performs RIS scheduling, data entry, patient tracking, patient report editing and archival, management utility functions, and correctly documents patient history and necessary information for adequate diagnosis. <br /><br /> Communicates and records patient information in logbooks, notes in PACS (when necessary), in the patient chart(s), and on the exam requisitions). <br /><br /> Demonstrates knowledge of exam preps and is able to communicate preps to other healthcare workers, patients, patient families, and physicians. <br /><br /></span><br /><strong><b><span>1+ to 2 years experience</span></b></strong><br /><br /></p>",
