This is a full-time conversion role for a high-performing intern who has</p>\n<p>demonstrated the \"Plug and Play hustle,\" meticulous organization, and the ability to navigate</p>\n<p>complex cross-border partnerships.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>As a Program Intern, you will be the bridge between Silicon Valley and the Korean</p>\n<p>innovation landscape. You will support senior leadership in managing high-stakes programs for</p>\n<p>Korean corporations and government entities while driving business development (BD)</p>\n<p>momentum in the U.S.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">A) Program &amp; Partnership Excellence</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>•</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Execute Cross-Border Programs:</span> Lead the planning and delivery of innovation</p>\n<p>programs in key sectors: <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Mobility, Smart City, Sustainability, and Physical AI</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">(Aerospace/Defense)</span>.</p>\n<p><span>•</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Bilingual Reporting:</span> Own the drafting, translation, and localization of professional</p>\n<p>proposals and reports for public-sector and corporate partners</p>\n<p><span>•</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Stakeholder Liaison:</span> Coordinate deliverables and communications between Sunnyvale</p>\n<p>HQ, our regional Korea offices, and partner organizations to ensure global alignment.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">B) Business Development &amp; Pipeline Discipline</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>•</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Operational Powerhouse:</span> Support the BD pipeline by managing senior leadership’s</p>\n<p>scheduling, ensuring timely follow-ups, and tracking partner meeting outcomes.</p>\n<p><span>•</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Accountability Tracking:</span> Maintain active task tracking for ongoing BD and partnership</p>\n<p>responsibilities using <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Rocketlane</span> and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Salesforce</span>.<br><span>•</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">CRM Management:</span> Ensure all records, client correspondence, and project milestones</p>\n<p>are accurately documented in Salesforce to maintain data integrity.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">C) Operations &amp; Logistics Coordination</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>•</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Delegation Management:</span> Lead the logistical planning for visiting Korean delegations,</p>\n<p>including meeting calendars, site visits, and high-profile event schedules.</p>\n<p><span>•</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Cross-Functional Synergy:</span> Collaborate with PNP’s Ventures, Events, and Marketing</p>\n<p>teams to ensure Korean startups are fully integrated into the Silicon Valley ecosystem.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>•</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Background:</span> Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, or a related field</p>\n<p>(Master’s preferred).<br></p>\n<p><span>•</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Bilingual Mastery:</span> Professional-level fluency in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Korean and English</span> (written and</p>\n<p>spoken). Must be capable of professional writing in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Hangul Program (HWP)</span>.</p>\n<p><span>•</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technical:</span> Hands-on experience with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Salesforce, Rocketlane</span>, Google</p>\n<p>Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
