    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Participates in every aspect of the solution implementation from analyzing the customer’s business requirements to configuring and testing the Microsoft Dynamics application to satisfy the customer’s business processes.</li>\n <li>Collaborates with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining full understanding of current business processes, and identifying opportunities for improvements.</li>\n <li>Provides in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics application and evaluates the customer’s business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality.</li>\n <li>Responsible for following Argano Implementation methodology; understands the key activities and deliverables for the client engagement and internal projects, reuses all standard templates and project artifacts and improves quality of Argano documentation assets.</li>\n <li>Fully utilizes Microsoft Technology and ALM stack (LCS, BPM, Azure DevOps, Task guides, PowerApps, Office 365, etc).</li>\n <li>Provides ongoing input to the delivery practice through suggestions and implementations of practice improvements.</li>\n <li>Document business processes including current and future states as required using tools such as Visio or similar.</li>\n <li>Responsible for configuring the Microsoft Dynamics application to achieve the customer’s business requirements.</li>\n <li>If modifications/customizations are required, either to processes or to the Microsoft Dynamics application, the Sr. Manufacturing Functional Consultant facilitates the customer’s decision-making process and develops the functional design document that will drive the development process.</li>\n <li>Responsible for conducting acceptance testing and training customer resources to successfully use and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics application.</li>\n <li>Plans and oversees the execution of the CRPs, Program Increments (PIs), and UATs in collaboration with the project manager and gathers early user feedback on the solution from key customer stakeholders. Validates that the solution will satisfy the customer’s requirements after a CRP or UAT.</li>\n <li>Participates in providing structured support to Argano customers, including support portal monitoring when required, troubleshooting support requests, proactively managing and governance assigned support cases according to SLA.</li>\n <li>Responsible for contributing valuable assets into Argano Knowledge base, Implementation methodology toolbox and in marketing activities including blogging and sharing knowledge articles.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum and/or Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>\n<p>Education</p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Education or GED required</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in x or Business-related field preferred or equivalent experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Experience</p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>3-5 years working primarily for or with a manufacturer of goods</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Experience in the medical devices industry is required, ideally supporting or implementing solutions for complex platforms - regulated medical device environments</strong></li>\n <li><strong>5+ years’ experience in D365 implementations</strong></li>\n <li>This position relies on a strong understanding and knowledge of Production control module including:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Production batch execution</li>\n   <li>Bill of Material (BOM) and Formula management</li>\n   <li>Production Operations Resources and Route management</li>\n   <li>Master planning and Planning Optimization</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Additional knowledge expertise includes:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Process and Discrete manufacturing</li>\n   <li>Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)</li>\n   <li>Just-In-time</li>\n   <li>Lean manufacturing</li>\n   <li>Planning and execution of forecasts</li>\n   <li>Cost management</li>\n   <li>Engineering Change Management (ECM)</li>\n   <li>Time and Attendance.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p>CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS</p>\n<ul>\n <li>MB-320 or MB-335</li>\n</ul>\n<p>SKILL REQUIREMENTS</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven ability to participate in multiple concurrent consulting engagements, providing guidance and input as required to ensure progress and achieve the project objectives.</li>\n <li>Proven ability to lead junior consultants and client SME teams</li>\n <li>General understanding of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies</li>\n <li>Experience in documenting business processes leveraging a tool such as Visio.</li>\n <li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li>\n <li>Excellent organization skills, with strong attention to detail</li>\n <li>Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to take ownership of tasks and activities</li>\n <li>Ability to ‘get things done’ across the breadth of the organization</li>\n <li>Experience working with a multicultural and/or multilingual team across several time zones</li>\n <li>Experience in Azure DevOps</li>\n <li>Experience writing Functional Design Documents (FDDs)</li>\n <li>Experience with Data migration using the Data management framework in Dynamics 365</li>\n <li>Ability to travel up to 50%</li>\n <li>Ideal candidate will be based in Toronto, Canada</li>\n</ul>",
