    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"><strong><u>Position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:</u></strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Insulator/Metal Men will be required to conduct Insulation work, mechanical, apply/remove insulating materials to pipes and ductwork or other mechanical systems in order to help control and maintain temperature. Required to select type and size of insulation and related materials according to specifications. Will measure and cut sections of insulation to the proper length. Will fasten the insulation with adhesive, staples, tape or wire bands. May wrap a cover of aluminum, plastic, or canvas over the insulation and cement or band the cover in place. May screw on metal around the insulated pipes to protect the insulation from the weather or physical abuse.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"><strong><u>Basic/Required Qualifications</u></strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Legally authorized to work in the job posting country</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">High school degree</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Construction/Refinery experience</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Organization and time management</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Must have good aptitude and manual dexterity</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Must have good problem-solving abilities</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Good reading comprehension</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Ability to work with others – including good communication skills</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Must have reliable transportation and be able to work 5 days a week, or as needed</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Commitment to Zachry values and safety rules and regulations</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Effective communication skills; ability to communicate with different levels of the organization</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Must be able to meet all physical demands and pre-employment conditions</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Ability to build effective relationships, field knowledge, great communicator</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Must be willing to work outside scheduled hours and over-time when necessary; employee may be called out during these times</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Clear MVR Check</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">3+ years experience</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"><strong><u>Preferred but not required Qualifications:</u></strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Former Zachry employee</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Formal training</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">NCCER Certification</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"><strong><u>Physical Demands:</u></strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Employee will be required to communicate in person, via telephone, and email.&nbsp; Use of arm/hand steadiness, manual dexterity, finger dexterity, multi limb coordination, and oral expression. Position assignment will be based on construction sites and industrial facilities requiring mobility (on ground and at heights) and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including but not limited to: hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, ear plugs/muffs, masks/respirators, safety vests, gloves and work boots. May be required to lift, carry and move objects safely.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"><strong><u>Work Environment</u></strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Employee will work in multiple environments including an office, warehouse, buildings, and on construction sites.&nbsp; On construction sites noise levels will be moderate to high.&nbsp; Job site will contain: light to heavy equipment vehicles, small to large equipment, materials, communication equipment and tools, people standing, walking, sitting, signaling and talking, bells whistles and alarms. Weather conditions ranging from warm/hot – cool/cold and occasional rain.&nbsp; May be required to work in close, confined spaces or in different elevations for a long period of time.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">The above description covers the fundamental responsibilities of the sheet metal worker/insulator position.
