If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy juggling multiple deadlines, and have an eye for layout and graphic design, we&rsquo;d love to meet you.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What We&rsquo;re Looking For</strong><br>&nbsp;A highly organized and collaborative marketer with 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the AEC industry. You&rsquo;re a strong writer with excellent project management skills and a keen attention to detail. You&rsquo;re comfortable managing proposals from start to finish, communicating across teams, and balancing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">You&rsquo;ll help shape the voice and visual identity of Mancini through strategic, creative, and polished marketing materials. Your day-to-day includes:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Managing the full RFP/RFQ process from kickoff through submission&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinating proposal content, resumes, project sheets, and consultant materials&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Designing and producing presentations, portfolios, and qualifications packages&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborating with the graphic design team to create visually compelling marketing materials&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Producing creative award submissions for projects and staff&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assisting with the maintenance of project information, consultant contacts, and marketing databases&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Supporting firmwide marketing initiatives, campaigns, and business development pursuits&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Working closely with Partners, studio teams, and consultants to gather and organize information efficiently</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Think we&rsquo;re a match?</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Even if you don&rsquo;t meet every qualification&mdash;reach out.
