This role requires strong technical ability, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with homeowners.</p>\n<p>Technicians provide professional recommendations, perform preventative maintenance, and help ensure customers receive reliable comfort solutions.</p>\n<p>Participation in our rotating on-call schedule is required.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<p>• High school diploma or GED required<br>• <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">3+ years HVAC industry experience</span><br>• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills<br>• Strong communication and customer service skills<br>• EPA Certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)<br>• NATE Certification is a plus<br>• Valid Arizona driver’s license with clean driving record<br>• Ability to safely operate power and hand tools<br>• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions<br>• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and education<br>• Team-player mindset</p>\n<p>Background check and drug screening required.
