You will be trained to become an MEP Estimator and will work primarily on commercial and industrial design-build projects (new construction and renovations) in collaboration with our Real Estate Development and Construction teams. In this role you will learn the process of managing the MEP estimation component of various project types (internal estimates, design-build, hard tenders, etc.) with the guidance of our Senior MEP Management team.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">As an MEP Estimator at Broccolini, you will have the privilege of being included in two close-knit teams: the Construction department and the Estimation department. font-size: 12pt\">Prepare cost estimates, cost breakdowns and cost comparisons for various types of project deliveries.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Prepare budgetary and tender invitation packages for MEP subcontractors.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Communicate on a regular basis with MEP subcontractors for budgets, tenders, follow-ups and technical assistance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
