Pay Range USD $5,500.00 - USD $5,500.00 /Yr. Overview The Department of Arts, Culture & Technology at Clarkson University, Potsdam NY, seeks an adjunct instructor to teach one section of World Literature (3 credits) in the Fall 2026 semester. • Schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays, 11 AM – 12:15 PM.• Class Size: Capped at 30 students (primarily undergraduate non-majors fulfilling core requirements).• Course Scope: We welcome candidates who bring diverse, global perspectives to the curriculum. The instructor will have the academic freedom to select texts and design the syllabus, or may adapt existing departmental resources.To apply, please submit cover letter, cv or resume, and names and contact information for 3 professional references. Nearly every Clarkson undergraduate takes Common Experience and elective courses with the ACT Department. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree in English Literature, English Education, or related field. Preferred Qualifications: Experience teaching in higher education.
