The Vice President will play a critical role in originating, structuring, and executing leveraged finance transactions for sponsor-backed and non-sponsor clients. This position requires deep technical expertise, strong client management skills, and the ability to lead transaction execution while mentoring junior team members.</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0px\">The role offers significant exposure to senior bankers, private equity sponsors, direct lenders and corporate decision-makers, as well as meaningful responsibility in driving transaction outcomes in a fast-paced environment that is consistent with Jefferies’ partnership culture.</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0px\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0px\"><strong>Transaction Execution &amp; Deal Leadership</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead day-to-day execution of private debt / direct lending leveraged finance transactions.</li>\n <li>Coordinate across internal product groups (M&amp;A, Sponsors, ECM, Risk, Legal, Jefferies Credit Partners) and external counterparties to drive transactions from origination through closing.</li>\n <li>Lead financial modeling, credit analysis, valuation, diligence and structuring work for complex leveraged financings and recapitalizations.</li>\n <li>Prepare and deliver high-quality internal underwriting and syndication materials (lender presentations, model, etc.).</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0px\"><strong>Client &amp; Sponsor Coverage</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve as a primary point of contact for private equity sponsors, private credit funds, and corporate management teams.</li>\n <li>Support senior bankers in originating new private debt and leveraged finance opportunities, including pitch development and relationship management.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate commercial judgment in identifying financing solutions aligned with client objectives and prevailing market conditions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0px\"><strong>Team Leadership &amp; Development</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage, mentor, and review the work of Associates and Analysts, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to Jefferies’ standards.</li>\n <li>Provide coaching and feedback to junior team members on technical skills, presentation quality, and professional development.</li>\n <li>Help foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0px\"><strong>Market &amp; Product Expertise</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain a strong understanding of private credit markets, investor appetite, documentation trends, leverage metrics, and regulatory considerations.</li>\n <li>Track competitive dynamics across private debt providers, BDCs, CLOs, and alternative asset managers.</li>\n <li>Contribute to the ongoing development of Jefferies’ Leveraged Finance franchise through thought leadership and market insights.</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0px\"><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.</li>\n <li>5 – 7 years of relevant experience in leveraged finance, private credit, investment banking, or a related leveraged product group.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience executing leveraged loan transactions, preferably with sponsor-backed clients.</li>\n <li>Advanced financial modeling, credit analysis, and valuation skills.</li>\n <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior clients and internal stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines in a high-intensity environment.</li>\n <li>High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0px\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0px\">Salary : $275,000</p>\n<p>#LI-DNI</p>",
