    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p>Essential Job Functions:</p>\n<ul>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Monitor Production Work Requests and documentation.</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Distribute work instructions.</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Monitor production work request documents and usage.</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Identify and monitor witness inspection and hold points and verify their completion.</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Assist Shop Managers, Supervisors, Project Managers, and Quality Assurance with quality, production, and safety surveillance.</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Assist Supervisors with safety walkthroughs by conducting observations of work, looking for safety violations, and opportunities for improvement.</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Assist QA by tracking rework, non-conforming conditions, deviation reports, conducting minimal investigations into root cause and assisting QA Engineers with identifying quality errors.</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Production Coordination.</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Assist with material moves by tracking moving material from work stations and operations.</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Coordinate material paperwork and tagging procedures.</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Assist with quality control and fabrication procedures.</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Work with overnight Shift Supervisors to coordinate shift turnover.</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Coordinate personnel to the appropriate jobs based on Supervisors recommendations.</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Coordinate work instruction for specific jobs based on Supervisors recommendations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Reports to:</p>\n<p>Production Supervisor, Shop Manager</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Minimum Qualifications:</p>\n<p>A minimum of a 4 year degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Nuclear preferred) is required upon entry.<br>&nbsp;</p>\n</div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
