This role oversees IT operations, manages technical staff and vendors, and drives continuous improvement of business systems, including SAP, to support organizational goals and growth.</p><p><strong><u>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li>Plan, implement, and manage the organization&rsquo;s IT infrastructure, systems, and services</li><li>Oversee day-to-day IT operations including network, servers, cloud environments, cybersecurity, and help desk support</li><li>Lead administration, optimization, and support of SAP and other enterprise applications</li><li>Manage SAP upgrades, integrations, enhancements, and user support in collaboration with business stakeholders</li><li>Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with business objectives</li><li>Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices</li><li>Ensure data integrity, system security, backups, and disaster recovery planning</li><li>Manage IT budgets, hardware/software procurement, and vendor relationships</li><li>Supervise, mentor, and evaluate IT staff and external consultants</li><li>Lead system implementations, migrations, and technology projects</li><li>Analyze business needs and recommend technology solutions to improve efficiency and scalability</li><li>Monitor system performance and resolve issues to minimize downtime</li><li>Maintain compliance with regulatory, security, and audit requirements</li><li>Provide training and technical guidance to end users and department leaders</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong><u>Education &amp; Qualifications</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>5+ years of progressive IT experience, including leadership or management responsibilities</li><li>Hands-on experience managing enterprise systems and infrastructure</li><li>Direct experience supporting and administering SAP environments</li><li>SAP system administration, configuration, and support (ECC, S/4HANA, or related modules preferred)</li><li>Network and server management (Windows/Linux environments)</li><li>Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar)</li><li>Cybersecurity best practices and risk management</li><li>Database management and reporting tools</li><li>IT service management tools and help desk systems</li><li>Project management methodologies</li><li>Strong leadership and team management abilities</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills</li><li>Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability</li></ul><p>Preferred</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>SAP certifications or implementation experience</li><li>ITIL, PMP, or related certifications</li><li>Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or similar ERP-driven environments</li></ul><p><strong><u>Physical Demands&nbsp;</u></strong></p><ul><li>Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer</li><li>Occasional standing, walking, and lifting equipment up to 25 pounds</li><li>Ability to install or troubleshoot hardware in office or server room environments</li><li>May require after-hours or on-call support for system maintenance or emergencies&nbsp;</li></ul><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Work Environment:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Our work environment is casual and fun, but we also work hard.</li></ul><p><strong>Teammate Benefits:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Medical, supplemental gap, dental, vision insurance&nbsp;and&nbsp;401(k)</li><li>Development opportunities to grow your career with a global company &nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>EOE/M/F/D/V</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p></div>\n",
