The developer will work closely with a small team and mission stakeholders to capture requirements, develop network protocol parsers, create fingerprints and signatures to identify anomalous network activity, and deploy analytics solutions across customer‑supported tools and environments.</p><hr><h2><strong>Key Duties</strong></h2><p>• Collaborate with customers to overlay network datasets within an existing architecture using the ABYSS product<br>• Integrate parsers and signatures into ABYSS and develop tradecraft for front‑end sensors<br>• Develop parsing and processing of network protocols to populate customer data repositories<br>• Prototype and develop analytic workflows to automate profiling of network traffic and activity<br>• Develop detection and alerting capabilities based on anomalous network behavior and network changes</p><hr><h2><strong>Requirements</strong></h2><p>• Bachelor’s degree in computer science with eight (8) years of relevant experience, or equivalent<br>• Proficiency in Python, C++, and Spark<br>• Experience with Jupyter Notebooks<br>• Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and Git/GitLab<br>• Knowledge of customer corporate tools and data repositories<br>• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph</p><hr><h2><strong>Compensation</strong></h2><p>• Salary range: $155,000 – $175,000<br>• Benefits</p><p>Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds, but may vary depending on the position.
