          "text": "<p><strong>JOB DETAILS</strong></p><p><strong>Base Pay $23.00 per hour.</strong></p><p><strong>2nd Shift: 3pm-11:30pm Monday-Friday</strong></p><p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Able to assess a situation and determine if an issue is machine-related or process-related and take corrective action</li><li>Efficiently work on non-conforming processes to get them in specification</li><li>Diagnose complex extrusion problems to resolve issues, including flow corrections</li><li>Work with the supervisor, team lead, engineering, and maintenance to resolve complex issues</li><li>Assist with production qualification runs, including capability assessment</li><li>Participate in and support projects that are driven by business initiatives</li><li>Provide training, instruction, and guidance to production associates</li><li>Support, train, and assess associates' learned skills through the Pay for Skills program</li><li>Work safely and attainment policies. Ensure co-workers are working safely and following safety policies</li><li>Train new operators</li><li>Identify and communicate appropriately when electrical/mechanical/technical support is needed</li><li>Participate and sustain 5S activities</li><li>Participate in and lead kaizen events, and sustain the improvements resulting from those events.</li><li>Maintain and develop back-up tooling and transition tooling into production.</li><li>Help develop and train associates</li><li>Conduct and provide feedback where applicable for associates</li><li>Participate and support projects that are driven by business initiatives</li><li>Set up and start up any profile for all machines in a work cell</li><li>Tend to and operate machines in a work cell to produce required parts as determined by customer requirements and the production schedule</li><li>Perform maintenance tasks as necessary</li><li>Attend and participate in appropriate training and development programs</li><li>Perform other duties across the plant as directed by supervision or management</li><li>Assists crew lead and supervisor with the training and development of entry level and senior level operators</li></ul>",
