This position plays a crucial role in keeping our fleet safe, reliable, and ready to roll. You’ll work full-time, Monday through Friday, with benefits available after 30 days.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What's In It For Me?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>$20 to $22 per hour, Depending on Experience</li>\n <li>Robust PTO Plan</li>\n <li>Health, Vision and Dental plans for you and your family to choose from</li>\n <li>401K Retirement Plan with company match </li>\n <li>Life Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability</li>\n <li>Special Program Options: FSA, EAP, Legal Services, and Identity Theft</li>\n <li>Continuous Training for your Professional Development</li>\n <li>Working in a dynamic, collaborative, and fun environment</li>\n <li>Coached and supported career growth</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>What Will I Do?</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform oil and filter changes on company fleet vehicles (gasoline and mid-sized diesel)</li>\n <li>Inspect and top off all essential fluids (coolant, brake, transmission, DEF, etc.)</li>\n <li>Rotate and inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation</li>\n <li>Replace air filters, cabin filters, and wiper blades as needed</li>\n <li>Conduct multi-point inspections and notify the Fleet Supervisor of any safety or mechanical concerns</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate service records and work logs</li>\n <li>Ensure work is completed safely and according to company standards</li>\n <li>Keep the fleet shop clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines</li>\n <li>Support fleet mechanics with general maintenance tasks as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Do I Have What It Takes?</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous experience as a lube tech or entry-level fleet mechanic preferred</li>\n <li>Knowledge of light-duty vehicles and basic diesel systems</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record</li>\n <li>Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work in a garage/shop setting</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented, reliable, and a strong team player</li>\n <li>High school diploma or GED preferred</li>\n <li>Must be authorized to work in the United States</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Wrench Group and its affiliates are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
