This role is responsible for preparing financial reports, analyzing trends, supporting month-end and quarter-end close activities, assisting with forecasts and budgets, and providing meaningful insights to help business leaders understand financial performance and make informed decisions.</p><p style=\"background-color: white;\"><span style=\"color: black;\"><span style=\"font-size: 9pt;\"><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></span></span></p><ul style=\"padding-left: 72px;\"><li>Prepare and analyze financial reports, including revenue, expense, margin, accrual, rebate, inventory, and operational performance reporting.&nbsp;</li><li>Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including journal entry support, account reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial schedules.&nbsp;</li><li>Analyze actual results against budget, forecast, and prior periods; identify trends, risks, and opportunities.&nbsp;</li><li>Partner with Finance, Accounting, Sales Operations, Contract Administration, and business leaders to research discrepancies and resolve financial reporting issues.&nbsp;</li><li>Support distributor, rebate, pricing, GPO, and contract-related reporting as applicable.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities for assigned areas.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain and improve financial models, tracking tools, and recurring reports to support business needs.&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare clear summaries, dashboards, and analysis for management review.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial data and reporting.&nbsp;</li><li>Support process improvement efforts to enhance reporting efficiency, data quality, and financial visibility.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"color: black;\"><span style=\"font-size: 9pt;\"><strong><u>Minimum &amp; Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, and experience.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt; margin-bottom: 8pt;
