    "description": "<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Baldwin &amp; Shell Construction Company</span> is searching for experienced <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Ironworkers</span> to join our Industrial Services Team. This position will work in the Little Rock metro area. This is a full-time position with standard work hours, but hours can vary depending on the project time frame.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">The Ironworker is responsible for laying out and fabricating structural steel and sheet metal. You will report directly to the Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent. As a core company member, you will be expected to be professional, polite, friendly, reliable, and attentive while also being accurate. You should always be prepared, organized, and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly while not being afraid to ask for help when needed. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Study specifications in blueprints to determine the locations, quantities, or sizes of materials required and work requirements.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Connect columns, beams, and girders with bolts, following blueprints and instructions from supervisors.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Bolt aligned structural steel members in position for permanent riveting, bolting, or welding into place.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Cut, bend or weld steel pieces using the appropriate tools.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Follow established safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe and clean environment.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Minimum Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">1-3 years of Metal Building experience required.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Be available to work overtime and possibly weekends.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Welding certifications not required but preferred.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">The ability to read and adhere to labels, safety warnings, and guidelines.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Effective at both verbal and written communication.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Pursuant to the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Act 593, this position is a designated safety-sensitive position according to Baldwin &amp; Shell standards and processes.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\"> </span></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of the employee's activities, duties, or responsibilities required for this job.
