          "text": "<p>Description</p><p>Reporting directly to the Supervisor, the Member Services Specialist functions primarily as a subject matter expert</p><p>in the areas of Medicare Part D enrollment and eligibility procedures. </p><p><br /></p><p>RESPONSIBILITIES: </p><p>• Interpretation of TRR codes and the necessary actions to correct and resubmit </p><p>• Understanding the processing of LIS status and ensure compliance with CMS guidance </p><p>• Involvement with the enrollment procedures related to agents and assisting in managing their processing</p><p> and reporting </p><p>• Act as primary contact to State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIPS) offices to assist beneficiaries</p><p> who they are working with. </p><p><br /></p><p>ESSENTIAL SKILLS </p><p>• Works well in a team environment </p><p>• Verbal and Written skills </p><p>• Problem Solving Skills </p><p>• Patient/Beneficiary services a must! </p><p><br /></p><p>REQUIREMENTS: </p><p>• High School Diploma </p><p>• Associates degree (preferred) </p><p>• Part D experience a plus.</p><p><br /></p>",
