We are looking for a Visual Merchandising Manager to join this team. Interested? Apply now! </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Visual Merchandising Manager directs store fixturing, product placement, and display while supporting daily operations to create an inspiring and dynamic experience for the customer. </p>\n<h2>Role Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Visual + Business Operations  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assesses business and product sell-through to identify store successes and opportunities; effectively leads an empowered team to make strategic, creative, business-impacting decisions  </li>\n <li>Oversees and collaborates with key partners to manage visual direction; prioritizes shipment and optimizes product flow to efficiently impact sell-through, sales, and customer experience  </li>\n <li>Interprets Home Office direction to impact store’s structure, presentation, and overall productivity to drive store sales. Initiates conversation with Home Office leadership to continuously improve presentation and experience </li>\n <li>Takes a forward-thinking approach to make a strategic plan for execution and recovery of sell through and markdowns </li>\n <li>Adheres to store’s safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store  </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Brand Experience   </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Emulates global URBN values while acting as a local representative of the Reclectic brand in their respective geography </li>\n <li>Partners with the Leadership Team to create balance between engaging visuals and the productive use of space  </li>\n <li>Leads and supports the team to elevate every aspect of the store experience through efficient operations, merchandising, and in-store marketing to create a compelling atmosphere  </li>\n <li>Cultivates a welcoming and inclusive environment to support an exceptional and genuine customer experience </li>\n <li>Interpret and escalate customer feedback and team insights to positively improve the Reclectic experience and operation    </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Leadership + Team Management   </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Exhibits critical thinking skills, maintains a solutions-based mindset, and is comfortable in fluid situations. Approaches business challenges tactically and collaborates with appropriate partners to resolve timely. </li>\n <li>Promotes an inclusive environment by representing and amplifying all voices, actively seeking and advocating for different perspectives </li>\n <li>Provides timely and specific employee feedback to create a culture of action and accountability; teach standards of product flow, pricing, and merchandising; develops teams’ product knowledge to appeal to the local customer</li>\n <li>Inspires teams through empowerment, creativity, empathy, and shared fate; tailors communication to the individual and leverages their strengths  </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Role Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>3+ years store visual merchandising and leadership experience</li>\n <li>Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results</li>\n <li>Experience with floor planning</li>\n <li>Proven record of developing great talent</li>\n <li>Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>The Perks</h2>\n<p>URBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
