Description

Position: Line Cook Overview: As a Line Cook, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences by preparing high-quality dishes that align with our recipes and standards. We are looking for someone passionate about food, committed to cleanliness, and who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities: Ensure all ingredients and equipment are prepped and ready for service to streamline food preparation. Food Preparation: Follow company recipes and procedures to prepare dishes with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Safety & Hygiene: Adhere to food safety guidelines to prevent contamination. Wash hands regularly and maintain cleanliness throughout your shift. Organization: Keep your workstation clean, organized, and stocked with necessary ingredients, practicing FIFO (First In, First Out) to minimize waste. Ingredient Management: Notify the Kitchen Manager (KM) when ingredients are running low or need replenishment. Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow cooks and kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations and deliver quality meals to customers. Personal Appearance: Maintain a neat and professional appearance, including a clean uniform at all times. Benefits: Discounted Meals Vacation Requirements: Passion for cooking and providing excellent customer experiences. Ability to read and follow recipes and kitchen procedures. Competence in basic arithmetic and unit conversions for ingredient measurements. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Adherence to industry hygiene and safety standards. Necessary certifications for food handling and safety. Clear communication with team members and Kitchen Manager (KM). Additional Expectations: Report any health issues that might affect food handling to the KM immediately. Help with additional tasks as directed by the KM to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
