This role requires not only strong development skills but also solid engineering knowledge, as candidates will need to demonstrate proficiency in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">system design, architecture, and modeling</span>.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across multiple internal applications, tackling bug fixes, adding new features, and supporting integration efforts, while also being able to <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">analyze, design, and document solutions</span> through diagrams and structured approaches.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, develop, and optimize web applications for maximum performance and scalability.</li>\n<li>Take ownership of multiple legacy applications, ensuring stability while implementing improvements.</li>\n<li>Create and interpret <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">class diagrams, ER diagrams, and architecture diagrams</span> as part of system design and documentation.</li>\n<li>Integrate, update, and optimize first- and third-party API libraries.</li>\n<li>Analyze and resolve service bug report tickets with efficiency and attention to detail.</li>\n<li>Contribute to and maintain code repositories using Git.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new features.</li>\n<li>Participate in agile development practices, delivering results in fast-paced cycles.</li>\n<li>Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>4+ years of relevant professional experience.</li>\n<li>Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.</li>\n<li>Strong proficiency in the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">MERN stack</span> (JavaScript, Express, React, Node.js).</li>\n<li>Proficiency in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Python</span> for additional integration and backend tasks.</li>\n<li>Experience with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">CI/CD tools</span> and ticket management systems (e.g., JIRA).</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">system modeling</span> (class diagrams, ER diagrams, architecture diagrams).</li>\n<li>Proficiency with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Git</span> and version control best practices.</li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li>\n<li>Proven ability to work with stakeholders and understand diverse project requirements.</li>\n<li>Ability to accurately estimate timelines and manage workload effectively.</li>\n<li>High level of autonomy, ownership, and drive for continuous improvement.</li>\n</ul>",
