AI Agents & Internal Tools:</strong><br>You will build agents that support functions across the company, such as operations, sales, or leadership, preparing decisions and automating recurring tasks.You will also prototype and build end-to-end internal tools, from idea to production, to solve concrete problems across the business.<br><br><strong>2. AI Communication Systems:</strong><br>You will build systems around calls and customer communication, including transcription, summarisation, and AI-supported interactions. This includes analysing conversations and turning unstructured inputs into structured data that can be used across the business, so that the sales team can focus on consultation and selling.<br><br><strong>3. AI Knowledge System:</strong><br>You will build a dynamic knowledge system that updates continuously based on data and workflows across the company. The challenge is to capture and retrieve the right level of context and memory without becoming noisy or outdated, and to design how teams interact with it through interfaces and feedback loops that improve output quality over time."
