Come join our team— help us pioneer a new culture of dentistry.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Smiling from Open to Close</strong></p>\n<p>Monday through Thursday 8am-5pm</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Dental Lab Technician are skilled in the use of sophisticated instruments and equipment used to perform laboratory procedures. Dental Lab Techs will work directly with the dentist and team by following detailed written instructions and molds to create dental prosthetics.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Skills Required to Make a Great “Impression” on Our Team</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Follow the instruction provided by dentists to design and fabricate dental prosthetics including bridges, crowns, veneers and inlays</li>\n <li>Create models using plaster, wax, porcelain, and metal</li>\n <li>Grind, smooth, and polish dental prosthetics using finishing burs and grinding equipment</li>\n <li>Fabricates custom trays, base plates and bite rims and performs final waxing</li>\n <li>Recognize and identify color shades</li>\n <li>Meet quality standards regarding dental prosthetics to establish safety and health protocols</li>\n <li>Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a timely manner</li>\n <li>Order and monitor dental supplies and equipment inventory</li>\n <li>Follow OSHA and safety regulations including compliance with HIPAA guidelines, CPR, X-rays, and other required certifications and registrations</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>So How Can You “Fill” This Role?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficient in MS Office Suite</li>\n <li>Commitment to providing exceptional service, support, and education to patients</li>\n <li>1 year experience in dental prosthetics is required</li>\n <li>Familiarity with dental lab equipment, materials, and instruments</li>\n <li>Excellent manual dexterity</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>“Brace” Yourself…It only Gets Better</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> Comprehensive benefits package including 401k</li>\n <li>Competitive paid time off for full-time and part-time team members which increases as you grow in your career with us</li>\n <li> Constant opportunities for career growth and continuing education</li>\n <li> An exciting atmosphere that allows for freedom and individuality – enabling our team to always strive to do the best for our patients </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Equal Opportunity Employer</strong></p>\n<p>We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.</p>\n<p>#NADG3</p>",
