          "text": "<p>The<strong>&#xa0;Shuttle Driver&#xa0;</strong>will be responsible for&#xa0;assisting with vehicle movement, giving shuttle rides and performing valet pickups and drop offs as well as&#xa0;maintaining the dealership’s appearance while delivering exceptional customer service.</p><p><strong><u>Duties and Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li>Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly and professional attitude, answers their questions, and directs them to the appropriate person or location.</li><li>Give shuttle rides and perform valet pick-ups and drop offs.</li><li>Determines if customers coming into service have an appointment.</li><li>Records customer’s name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage (walk around)</li><li>Move and park vehicles in the dealership premises and to maintain flow of traffic.</li><li>Drives vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.</li><li>Keep the dealership lot, driveways, and sidewalks clean, organized, and presentable.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers and directing them to the appropriate personnel.</li><li>Retrieve customer vehicles at cashier for pick-up; wait at vehicle for customer, thank customers for their business.</li><li>Install disposable seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats and I.D. tags in all the vehicles taken in for service.</li><li>Assist with loaner vehicles and keeping the shop clean.</li><li>Follow all company safety policies and procedures and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor.</li></ul>",
