The New Business Sales Account Representative will be responsible for the below categories of business.
1) Business Development
Use existing client lists and existing target lists to prospect, recruit and secure new business. Develop marketing strategies, additional targets and create avenues for new client growth. Retain existing business. Grow business in Raleigh, NC, Greensboro, NC, Charlotte, NC and Wilmington, NC with future branch growth expected.
2) Customer Relations
Assist GM and company managers with client questions and concerns. Develop new business opportunities for the company’s various divisions (commercial, residential, aquatic programming).
3) Marketing
Assist GM to enhance marketing programs. Attend industry trade shows as needed to assist with sales and branding.
4) Quality Control
Complete random inspections of company facilities to gauge quality and safety. In-season inspections of operational swimming facilities will focus on compliance with County and State codes. Job site training of construction projects will focus on OSHA standards. Warehouse inspections will focus on safety as well as materials handling and employee dress code.
5) Community Outreach
Develop and implement outreach programs to enhance recreation program development, safety and health benefits. Work in coordination with other divisions.
