We aim to revolutionize the use of robotics within industry to free human resources from labor-intensive tasks to focus on more intellectual challenges.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are seeking a Senior Technical Writer to join our team. A technical writer plays a crucial role in making complex technical information understandable and usable. In this role, you will <span>focus on writing clear, user-friendly documentation for technical products, systems, processes, equipment operations &amp; maintenance, research findings, etc., for internal or external audiences. </span> The role partners closely with the department being supported to understand the unique requirements and needs of the communications. </p>\n<p>                                                                                                                                       </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Description: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Works with developers, engineers, and other technical staff to ensure documentation reflects current processes and product functionality</span></li>\n<li><span>Writes user manuals, how-to guides, integration guides, API documentation and system operation instructions</span></li>\n<li><span>Determines an effective structure and layout for complex manuals and other technical documentation</span></li>\n<li><span>Conducts research and liaising with technical staff to ensure accurate interpretation of complex technical data, drawings, and specifications</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Ensures that appropriate technical content and terminology review occurs and that provision is made for the incorporation of updates and revisions </span></li>\n<li><span>Edits content to improve clarity, impact, flow, meaning, and readability</span></li>\n<li><span>Develops schedules and plans for documentation projects, ensuring timely delivery</span></li>\n<li><span>May conduct usability testing to ensure documentation meets user needs</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in English, communication, journalism, or STEM field is preferred</li>\n<li>4+ years relevant work experience</li>\n<li>Familiarity with software, hardware, or engineering concepts relevant to our industry</li>\n<li>Experience with documentation tools, content management systems and publishing software</li>\n<li>Ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, concise language for technical and non-technical audiences</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Desired:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Robotic technology industry experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Demands/ Work Environment:  </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Travel Requirement: Less than 5%,</li>\n<li>Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer</li>\n<li>Ability to work extended hours as required</li>\n<li>May need to visit sites per project needs</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Great Company!
