This is a frontline, resident-facing role where your primary focus is enforcing community policies, preventing unauthorized access, and ensuring that every visitor experiences the property as intended. This position requires someone who is disciplined, observant, and confident in handling rules and procedures. You will interact directly with residents and guests, monitor activity throughout the pool and amenity areas, and address any violations or safety concerns professionally and promptly.
