    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong><em>Maintenance Tech General &nbsp;</em></strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>FLSA: Hourly/Non &ndash; Exempt&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>Revision Date: 2/4/2021</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Purpose of position:</strong> Under general supervision, keep machinery and facility in safe working order.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong> The following duties are typical of those performed by employees in this job title; however, employees may perform other related duties, and not all duties listed are necessarily performed by each employee in the job title:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Maintaining equipment and the building.&nbsp;</li><li>Trouble-shoot and repair both electric and propane fork trucks; hydraulic and pneumatic controls; and general machinery repairs</li><li>Preform preventative maintenance practices and keep excellent records.&nbsp;</li><li>Must perform work in a safe manner, perform lock-out-tag-out procedures, and maintain area in a clean and orderly manner.&nbsp;</li><li>Order and maintain inventory of parts in a cost effective manner. &nbsp;</li><li>Must be self-motivated, have ability to work with little supervision, and be able to work alone and with others. &nbsp;</li><li>Must demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous maintenance and mechanical experience is a requirement.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to lift a maximum of 75 lbs.</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>&nbsp;Electrical experience is a plus&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>EMS is committed to providing a clean work environment with masks, hand sanitizer, and gloves.&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>WE ARE A DRUG FREE WORKPLACE AND AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p></div></div>\n",
