    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>As the Music Therapist at Westfields Hospital &amp; Clinic and Lakeview Hospital, you will p<span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">erform music therapy services in a professional and compassionate manner utilizing music therapy techniques appropriate for the individual patient and for groups; documents each session in the patient’s electronic medical chart (EPIC); provides referrals for additional therapies when appropriate &amp; necessary. Participates as an integral member of an interdisciplinary health care team. Performs other duties as assigned.</span></p><ul><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Reviews patient chart and assesses patient in order to determine &amp; develop appropriate music therapy session for patient.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Provides music therapy sessions (individual sessions and group sessions) consistent with education provided in an accredited music therapy program.</span></span>&nbsp;</li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Maintains excellent working relationships with both patients and staff</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Documents each patient music therapy session in the electronic medical record, EPIC, in a timely manner (same day of service).
