We are looking at bringing in a new Hotel Chief Engineer to support us in Washington, DC.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Location</strong>: Washington, DC</p>\n<p><strong>Schedule</strong>: Monday to Friday</p>\n<p><strong>Salary</strong>: $33- $38 per hour.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>((In this role you are eligible to make overtime.</p>\n<p>Parking included))</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As a CBS Chief Engineer, you must be able to do the following:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist in developing, managing, and operating capital budgets</li>\n <li>Develop and implement plans and schedules to achieve company and department goals</li>\n <li>Develop processes, procedures, and standards for the facility's operational performance</li>\n <li>Read and understand contract and RFP requirements</li>\n <li>Create an atmosphere of professionalism and mutual support among employees</li>\n <li>Review work performance of subordinates</li>\n <li>Manage and maintain the completion of the facilities scheduled PM's through the CMMS</li>\n <li>Assist with environmental compliance</li>\n <li>Assist with the compliance of local, state, and federal codes</li>\n <li>Develop, manage, and coordinate all shift schedules including holiday, vacation, sick and emergency coverages</li>\n <li>Conduct weekly staff meetings to discuss facility operations, project status, toolbox safety and other relevant information</li>\n <li>Review, approve and submit weekly time sheets, work order tickets and other required documentation</li>\n <li>Accurately document work performed on tickets and/or work orders</li>\n <li>As required, prepare, and submit a cost analysis report for contracted work</li>\n <li>Assist with updating and implementing HAZCOM and environmental programs</li>\n <li>Set-up, maintain and use filing system</li>\n <li>Perform tool and equipment inventory monthly</li>\n <li>Maintain skills and knowledge to industry standards</li>\n <li>Perform annual and semi-annual performance reviews</li>\n</ul> \n<h2>You Should Have</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>CFC Universal license (410A)</li>\n <li>3-5 years working as a Hotel Chief Engineer</li>\n <li>Must possess excellent customer service skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p>EOE, including disability/veterans</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>IND123</p>\n<h2>Why You'll Love Working With Us</h2>\n<p><strong>Complete Building Services (CBS)</strong> is a company that is passionate about the operation and maintenance of buildings/facilities in the commercial and government sectors.
