In-person service at more than 50 sites throughout Nassau and Suffolk counties is inspired by the Gospel call affirming the sacredness of every human life.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>CCLI is looking for <span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>two On Call</em></span> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Addiction Treatment Counselors</em></span> with generous hearts and a desire to contribute to the well-being of others to carry out our mission on Long Island. By joining our team, you will share in the joy of providing “care with dignity and life with hope.”</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct individual, group and family sessions, provide psycho-education to clients, screen and assess clients, offer treatment planning and discharge planning.</li>\n<li>Perform general intake and admission activities for clients accepted for admission based on the regulations of the OASAS Part 820.</li>\n<li>Maintain client chart documentation on assigned client caseload</li>\n<li>Provide client training on medication assisted treatment and Narcan administration.</li>\n<li>Complete all regulatory reporting as per the OASAS Part 820, following admissions and discharge policies and procedures, relapse prevention protocols, monthly statistical reports, and bed monitoring.</li>\n<li>Oversee CASAC-Trainees and CASAC Trainee Interns, and review program documentation as a qualified health professional.</li>\n<li>Assist in reviewing entitlements eligibility and assist case management with enrolling clients into insurance eligible programs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s a plus.</li>\n<li>Must have CASAC or CASAC-T.</li>\n<li>Ability to work collaboratively as part of the multidisciplinary team.</li>\n<li>Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.</li>\n<li>Valid NYS Driver’s license.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Rate of Pay: CASAC-T - $23/Hour   CASAC - $28/hour</em></span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Work Schedule:  Varying 12.5 shifts according to need – either 8 AM – 8:30 PM OR 8 PM to 8:30 AM</em></span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>This rate of pay serves as a good faith estimate.
