You will assist in internal and external financial reporting preparation, develop and maintain models and analyses, and provide cross-departmental financial support. As a detail-oriented and proactive individual, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact on the financial operations of the company. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">This is a hybrid role based in the UK working out of our London office (3 days in-office, 2 days remote), and the successful candidate must have a valid right to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">As a Financial Analyst, your responsibilities will be:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Reporting &amp; Analysis</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Preparing weekly revenue reports and month-end financial packages, delivering timely and accurate insights into business performance for the leadership team</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Reviewing financial results against forecasts and budgets, providing clear, well-supported explanations of material variances with actionable commentary</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Developing and maintaining KPI dashboards and operational metrics reporting, partnering with business stakeholders to ensure definitions and data sources are accurate and consistent</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Planning &amp; Forecasting</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Building and managing financial models to support annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasting, and long-range planning across the business</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Developing scenario and sensitivity analyses to stress-test assumptions and inform strategic decision-making</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Partnering cross-departmentally to gather inputs, align on assumptions, and translate operational plans into financial forecasts</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Cash &amp; Liquidity</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Supporting cash management activities, including monitoring cash flow, preparing rolling cash forecasts, and compiling liquidity-related reporting materials</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Corporate Development &amp; Ad Hoc</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist with corporate development activity, including financial analysis in support of M&amp;A evaluation and responses to due diligence requests</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Serve as an analytical resource across the business, completing ad hoc financial analysis to support operational and strategic initiatives as they arise</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Contribute to ongoing improvements to FP&amp;A processes, tools, and reporting infrastructure as the Finance function continues to scale</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">As a Financial Analyst, you will need: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 - 2 years' experience in financial analysis, FP&amp;A, commercial finance, audit or a similar analytical finance environment.</li>\n<li>Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS and the ability to manipulate and analyse financial data from multiple sources.</li>\n<li>Experience producing management information, KPI reporting or business performance analysis, with the ability to communicate findings and recommendations to finance and non-finance stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Exposure to budgeting, forecasting or financial modelling.</li>\n<li>Experience investigating and explaining variances between actual performance, budgets or forecasts.</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with complex financial data.</li>\n<li>Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or a related discipline.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>As a Financial Analyst it would be great (but not essential) if you also have</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Exposure to cash flow forecasting or cash management activities</li>\n<li>Exposure to corporate finance, M&amp;A or due diligence activities would be useful.</li>\n<li>Experience using Power BI, Tableau or similar business intelligence and data visualisation tools would be useful but not required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
