          "text": "<p>Partner with the commercial lending team to manage the less active commercial loan portfolio by providing relationship management, loan servicing and requests, member centric service, and promoting products and services where beneficial. Also assist the commercial lenders in the ongoing monitoring, administration, and reporting of the total loan portfolio to ensure that the Credit Union maintains high credit quality.<br>\n<br>\n<strong>Essential Functions</strong></p><ul><li>Responsibility for relationship management and member servicing of the less active commercial loan portfolio.</li><li>Develop relationships with members in loan portfolios seeking new lending and deposit opportunities.</li><li>Respond timely and accurately to commercial member servicing requests, where appropriate.</li><li>Accompany the Commercial Lenders on prospect / member calls when appropriate.</li><li>Analyze the commercial portfolio on an ongoing basis to identify potential risks.</li><li>Develop and monitor reporting to ensure compliance with credit policy and procedures.</li><li>Collaborate with credit and operations team on improvements to systems, processes, and procedures and maintain relationships with certain vendors as deemed appropriate.</li><li>Draft Loan Documentation and review with external legal counsel.</li><li>Complete loan closings utilizing proper procedures, loan documentation, review and titling.</li><li>Research and identify market trends and risks to assist commercial lenders in maintaining high quality loan portfolio.</li><li>Perform detailed financial analysis for individual Commercial Real Estate transactions as well the commercial portfolio as a whole.</li><li>Prepare quarterly problem loan reports where required.</li><li>Ensure the timely spreading of interim and annual financial statements provided by members.</li><li>Assist with annual covenant reviews as needed</li><li>Manage/monitor portfolio for: * Required Financial Reporting &amp; Covenant Compliance</li><li>Ensure compliance with the Credit Union's credit policies and procedures, identifying exceptions for approval when they occur.</li><li>Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Wings policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.</li></ul>",
